Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview As a Delivery Consultant, you help design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients, driving HR transformation with data integrations, conversions, and reporting. You work with cross-functional teams to coordinate technical interfaces, data mapping, and cutover activities, ensuring accurate migrations from legacy systems. You support the reporting workstream and validate data quality to meet stakeholder needs. This role sits in Deloitte Center delivery models, offering a blend of impact, scale, and collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Support design, build, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks * Assist integration design and execution for inbound/outbound interfaces and middleware coordination * Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, reconciliation, cutover support * Support reporting by gathering requirements and validating data quality and usability * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues; support testing, go-live, and stabilization Tasks * 2+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 1+ years of experience with integrations, conversions, and/or reporting in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model and travel flexibility * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
