Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview In this role, you help deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions within Deloitte’s GPS practice, focusing on integrations, data migration, and reporting to enable HR transformation for public sector clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design, build, and go-live of cloud HR tech, while upholding quality and compliance. The position blends technical delivery with stakeholder collaboration to drive data-driven HR outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks as needed * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems (inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware, data mapping, end-to-end validation) * Contribute to data conversion activities (extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support) for legacy migrations * Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational/compliance reports, and validating data quality and usability * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; support testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization Tasks * 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 1+ years supporting/leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model with proximity to Center locations and travel up to 10% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
