Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview As a Delivery Consultant on Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology team, you help design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and related data activities. You collaborate across HR, security, reporting, and integrations to ensure seamless systems for government and public sector clients. You’ll support data conversions, reporting, and end-to-end validation to enable accurate migrations and reliable operations. This role offers the chance to shape HR technology implementations at scale within Deloitte’s Center delivery model. Compensation / Benefits * Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations and data conversions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Assist cross-functional impact analysis across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks as needed * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including data mapping and validation * Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, reconciliation, cutover * Support reporting workstream: gather requirements, develop operational/compliance reports, validate data quality * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; assist testing and go-live * Maintain post-production stabilization and co-location requirements as part of Deloitte Center delivery model * Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tasks * 2+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 1+ years of experience with integrations, conversions, and/or reporting in full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s Degree * Hybrid work model with specified center locations and travel limits * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
