Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management practice by designing, implementing, and operating SailPoint-based solutions for complex client environments. You help govern both human and non-human identities, including AI agents, across hybrid and cloud environments. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable IAM solutions and improve governance processes. This is a chance to shape identity security at scale within a leading professional services firm. Compensation / Benefits * Support design, implementation, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including governance for non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities (lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring) Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams delivering IAM architecture or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
