Experteer Overview As a Security Engineer II in Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you design, implement, and operate IAM solutions in complex client environments. You will work with SailPoint tooling to govern human and non-human identities, guiding governance and lifecycle processes. The role blends hands-on engineering with stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into scalable security controls. This is a chance to shape identity governance at scale and contribute to a transforming identity security landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including NHIs governance * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage scope and timelines * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities (lifecycle, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring) Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM architecture or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Willingness to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
