Cyber Identity - SailPoint Consultant - Security Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the design, deployment, and operation of SailPoint-based identity solutions in complex client environments. You’ll work on both human and non-human identities, including AI agents, to enable scalable governance and secure access. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical solutions and improve identity-related controls. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of IAM engineering and security operations, with a focus on delivering secure, compliant identity governance at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support design, implementation, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including governance for non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards and secure development practices across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, and delivery quality * Support governance and lifecycle processes for human and non-human identities, including access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and improvement activities Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, or deploying enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM projects * 2+ years integrating IAM/IGA with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
