Job description

Experteer Overview In this Security Engineer II role, you help design, implement, and operate SailPoint IAM solutions in complex client environments. You’ll govern both human and non-human identities, including AI agents, across on-premises and cloud ecosystems. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure identity solutions and drive governance and lifecycle processes. This role sits at the intersection of identity engineering and cybersecurity, offering impact across client deployments and secure access programs. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in complex client environments * Configure connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including governance for non-human identities * Apply IAM engineering standards across provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities (lifecycle, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring) Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing/architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ year leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM * 2+ years integrating IAM with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of employee benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * flexible work arrangements * commitment to accessibility and accommodations
