Experteer Overview As Security Engineer II in Deloitte’s Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you help design, implement, and operate SailPoint-based solutions in complex client environments. You will enable governance for human and non-human identities, including AI agents, to secure access across hybrid and cloud systems. The role combines hands-on IAM engineering with stakeholder collaboration to deliver secure, scalable identity programs. This is an opportunity to shape identity governance at scale in a leading consulting practice. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, integrate, and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in client environments * Configure and deploy SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components for non-human identities as identity principals * Apply IAM engineering standards across governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and onboarding * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage scope and delivery quality * Support governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, and deprovisioning Tasks * 2+ years in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity * 2+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise IAM solutions * 1+ years leading technical teams or workstreams in IAM architecture, engineering, or platform implementations * 2+ years integrating IAM solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications * Bachelor degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 25-50% Key requirements *
