Experteer Overview In this role you will co-create GenAI-enabled solutions with client teams, delivering working AI for tangible business impact. You will embed with clients, shape solutions, and produce production-grade code while mentoring others. The position sits in Deloitte’s AI & Data offering within GPS, focusing on scalable, responsible AI deployments. You’ll work across enterprise platforms to accelerate digital ventures and improve client outcomes. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a clear impact on client success. Compensation / Benefits * Embed with clients to identify needs and translate them into GenAI solutions * Partner with leaders to align priorities and delivery * Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes * Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry knowledge * Develop scalable AI engineering patterns and human-in-the-loop controls * Deliver production-quality code with CI/CD, testing, logging, and documentation * Design extensible features and align with senior team members * Contribute reusable assets like code, libraries, and reference implementations * Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field * Active US government security clearance (Secret) * 4+ years in software/data/analytics engineering * 2+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions * 2+ years Databricks experience including Lakeflow Connect, Agent Bricks, or Databricks Apps * 2+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems to AI solutions * 2+ years building maintainable code and CI/CD DevOps in Databricks * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
