Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead a cross-functional team delivering technology-enabled tax and legal operations improvements. You will help clients streamline processes, enhance data management, and automate workflows to boost efficiency. You collaborate with Deloitte’s broader practice to align legal and tax software with client goals and scale impactful solutions. This position offers exposure to ERP implementations, CLM tools, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Compensation / Benefits * Manage client interactions and communicate with project leadership * Lead delivery to optimize tax and legal processes using technology * Develop and apply automation solutions to improve efficiency * Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities * Assist with project management tasks including workplans and status reports * Engage in cross-functional teaming to align with Deloitte’s broader practice * Contribute to team member development and mentoring * Support business development and pursuit activities Tasks * 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Experience with CLM software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis or similar * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Professional certifications or degrees listed (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS, Paralegal, Six Sigma, DocuSign, iCertis, Thomson Reuters) or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model experience * Immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
