Compensation / Benefits * Client management and ongoing liaison with client project teams and Deloitte leadership * Delivery: optimize tax and legal processes by aligning software with client needs * Solutions: develop and apply automation and innovative tools for efficiency * Support: provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Project management: create workplans, track time, report status, participate in status calls * Cross-functional teaming: understand Deloitte’s broader practice and client needs * People development: contribute to the growth of team members * Business development: contribute to pursuit efforts and new opportunities Tasks * 5+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Experience with CLM software (e.g., Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis) * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS, Paralegal, etc.) or equivalent certifications * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model requirement (US Tax professionals co-locating 2-3 days) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
