Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this role you drive technology-enabled transformation for legal and tax functions, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and elevate strategic value. You will lead delivery of integrated tech solutions, automation, and data management to improve efficiency for clients. This position sits in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services within TTC, offering exposure to ERP implementations, CLM, and analytics. You will shape modern legal/tax operations and contribute to business development and people growth. Compensation / Benefits * Interact with client project teams and Deloitte leadership * Optimize tax and legal processes using technology aligned to client goals * Develop and apply automation and innovative solutions for tax/legal teams * Provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Assist with project management tasks like workplans, budget tracking, and reporting * Engage in cross-functional teams to align with Deloitte’s broader practice * Contribute to the development of team members * Participate in pursuit teams and business development activities Tasks * 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis) * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS Data Scientist, etc.) or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model in US Tax roles with in-person co-location 2-3 days/week * Some immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
