Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this role you help transform tax and legal services through technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation, data management and document extraction solutions. You will lead client interactions, support project delivery, and contribute to business development within Deloitte’s TTC practice. The role centers on optimizing processes and aligning software with client goals to drive efficiency and strategic value. You will work in a hybrid environment and shape contracting and tax tech initiatives with impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Manage day-to-day client interactions and coordinate with Deloitte project leadership * Lead delivery efforts to optimize tax and legal processes using technology * Develop and apply automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency * Provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Assist with project management tasks: workplan creation, time tracking, status reporting, status calls * Engage in cross-functional teamwork and maintain client relationships * Contribute to the development of team members * Contribute to business development and pursuit teams Tasks * 5+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * Experience with CLM tools such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis or similar * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active professional accreditations (e.g., CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS Data Scientist, Paralegal certification) * Travel up to 50% depending on client engagement * Hybrid work model requirement for US Tax professionals * Willingness to travel and collaborate with cross-border teams Key requirements *
