Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this Manager role within Deloitte’s Legal Business Services, you help transform tax and legal functions through technology, automation, and data management. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align software with client goals and deliver efficient, scalable solutions. You’ll lead or participate in projects that streamline processes, enable data-driven decisions, and enhance the strategic value of legal and tax departments. This role offers exposure to ERP implementations and a broad, global client base in a fast-evolving digital era. You’ll partner with colleagues to develop others, drive business development, and contribute to Deloitte’s mission of meaningful impact. Compensation / Benefits * Manage day-to-day client interactions with project teams and Deloitte leadership * Collaborate to optimize tax and legal processes using technology aligned to client requirements * Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency * Provide training and software support for processes and technologies * Support project management tasks (workplans, time tracking, status reports, calls) * Understand and articulate broader practice and Deloitte’s objectives to maintain client relationships * Contribute to the development of team members * Participate in pursuit teams and business development efforts Tasks * 5+ years experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Experience with CLM software such as Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis or similar * Experience with document extraction tools and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Active accreditations (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS data scientist, paralegal certification) or other listed technical certs * Ability to travel up to ~50% * Hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week * Preferred: advanced degree and experience with template rationalization and contracting processes Key requirements *
