Job description

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you guide strategic MES transformations for manufacturing operations. You’ll design cross-platform MES architectures (Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva) and lead delivery from requirements to deployment, shaping how clients realize value through digital manufacturing capabilities. You’ll advise senior leaders on transformation opportunities and contribute to practice development. This role places you at the intersection of technology, process design, and client leadership within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations offering. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate requirements into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Lead project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving complex client challenges Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience, including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and onsite/offshore delivery * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel 50% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Bachelor’s degree Key requirements *
