MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-enabled transformations for manufacturing clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations. You will design scalable MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, and lead delivery from requirements to post-go-live support. You’ll advise senior leaders on MES opportunities and contribute to practice development, enabling clients to improve efficiency and agility. This position offers high-impact work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client discussions to define MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva (config, integration, deployment, upgrades) * Drive project delivery activities from requirements gathering through testing and deployment * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation * Mentor and guide team members; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Engage in onsite/offshore delivery models and client service delivery * Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, and system configuration * Experience using analytics and metrics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
