MES Solution Architect Manager

Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to capture MES needs and translate into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including config, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery across requirements, fit-gap, design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, adoption approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and solving client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs development, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
