MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you drive transformative MES initiatives for clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You design scalable MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, leading delivery from requirements through post-go-live support. You advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities to optimize manufacturing operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value through digital technologies and analytics at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience, including 5+ years with Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
