MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES solution design and delivery for manufacturing operations within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You will translate client needs into scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, guiding deployments and upgrades. You’ll manage multi-faceted project delivery, mentor teams, and present transformation opportunities to senior stakeholders. This position offers cross-functional collaboration with a focus on value realization and client impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES business needs and translate requirements into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Steer project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics/metrics to assess manufacturing performance * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
