Consultant, Strategic Relationship Management - Deloitte Greenhouse

Experteer Overview In this role, you support the Deloitte Greenhouse Executive and Team Experiences to design immersive client experiences that drive leadership development, team effectiveness, and business performance. You will collaborate with senior clients and Deloitte leaders to plan, deliver, and document experiences across physical and digital formats. The role combines design, delivery, and project management to create high-impact, executive-level engagements. This is an onsite position focused on innovative, boundary-pushing programs that shape client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support experience design: plan, produce, and manage materials and tools; document design sessions; conduct pre-experience interviews; create immersive experiences. * Participate in day-of experience delivery: manage materials and tech, facilitate activities, update materials in real-time, and document experiences. * Manage logistics and provide operational and project management support for experiences and events within XA ecosystem. * Contribute to Deloitte Greenhouse program support through national/local projects and testing innovative approaches. Tasks * 2-3 years of professional work experience * Bachelor’s Degree * Strong analytical skills to synthesize discussions into actionable themes * Excellent presence, writing, and oral presentation skills * Mastery of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Comfort with learning new tech platforms * Ability to travel 25%+ * Onsite role in Deloitte Rosslyn office * Ability to work independently and build relationships * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
