Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream to enable secure, scalable HR tech solutions for public sector clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement, and validate end-to-end integrations, balancing business needs with technical and security requirements. You’ll drive delivery, risk management, and reusable asset development while mentoring practitioners. This position offers impact at scale within Deloitte’s GPS practice and HR technology offerings. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment. * Facilitate design discussions with clients and stakeholders; resolve complex integration challenges. * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including middleware coordination and data mapping. * Oversee integration testing, defect resolution, cutover, and post-production stabilization. * Manage cross-functional technical teams across locations; ensure high-quality outcomes. * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with escalation as needed. * Contribute to reusable assets, delivery improvements, and coaching within Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice.
