Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integration workstreams within Deloitte’s GPS practice, guiding strategy to deployment and ensuring alignment with security and technical requirements. You act as a senior client-facing advisor, shaping integration architectures, data mapping, and risk management across multi-team delivery. You’ll oversee end-to-end testing, cutover, and post-production stabilization while fostering cross-functional collaboration. You contribute to reusable assets and practitioner coaching, driving high-quality outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment * Serve as senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and communicating delivery status and risks * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams across locations * Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing and defect resolution, and support go-live * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with escalation * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and coaching Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
