Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, security, and technical requirements. You’ll act as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges. You’ll design and implement inbound/outbound integrations with attention to data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation, while coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll establish robust QA/testing, manage risks, and contribute reusable assets and coaching to the practice. This role offers impact across government and public sector HR transformation initiatives with a360 Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations stream from strategy through deployment * Serve as senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions and communicating status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations including middleware coordination, data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams, coordinating delivery across locations * Establish integration quality and testing approaches; oversee system and integration testing and defect resolution; support cutover and post-production stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues with escalation * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and practitioner coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years of experience leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
