Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations for clients, guiding strategy to deployment and ensuring alignment with business and security needs. You will act as a senior, client-facing advisor, shaping integration design and resolving complex challenges. You’ll manage cross-functional technical teams and oversee testing, risk management, and successful go-lives. This role sits within Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology practice, contributing to reusable assets and practitioner coaching. You help transform HR with technology to drive workforce performance and value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle HCM Cloud integration workstream from strategy to deployment * Facilitate design discussions with clients and resolve complex integration challenges * Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations, including data mapping and security considerations * Manage cross-functional technical teams across locations and ensure high-quality outcomes * Define integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing and cutover activities * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with escalation when needed * Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and coaching Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM * Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
