Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle Payroll Configuration and Integration

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle-based finance and project support within Deloitte’s GPS delivery team. You will enable enterprise performance improvements and digital transformation by coordinating cross-functional work among finance, projects, HRMS, and IT teams. You help ensure operational continuity during large transformations and provide hands-on functional support across AP, GL, POET structures, and WebADI interfaces. This is a client-facing role that combines independent execution with collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, payments, GL transfers, PO matching, POET matching, and AP interfaces * Manage Project activities including POET creation, budgeting, and project expenditures * Troubleshoot and support the Project Expenditures Interface * Provide General Ledger functional support including posting, trial balance review, and drilldown analysis * Support Project Expenditure WebADI activities and issue resolution * Provide HRMS support including employee creation and interfaces * Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve transaction, interface, and data issues * Maintain operational continuity during special project periods through timely issue resolution and functional support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of Oracle functional support experience (AP, Projects, GL) * 5+ years troubleshooting interfaces and transactions, resolving cross-module issues, and supporting WebADI and Oracle data upload/correction processes * 5+ years working with POET structures, project budgeting, and HRMS activities including employee creation and interfaces * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model availability and willingness to travel up to 10% overnights * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
