Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle Payroll Configuration and Integration

Experteer Overview In this role you enable finance, projects, and HR processes through Oracle-based configurations and integrations. You will work within the GPS practice to support performance improvements during transformations and complex programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and interface issues, delivering steady operational continuity. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position with an emphasis on practical problem-solving and stakeholder communication. You will contribute to high-impact projects that shape clients’ finance and operations landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Support Accounts Payable functional activities including invoice processing, payments, GL transfers, PO matching, and AP interface support * Manage project functional activities such as POET creation, budgeting, and project expenditures * Troubleshoot and support the Project Expenditures Interface * Provide General Ledger functional support including posting, trial balance review, and drilldown analysis * Support Project Expenditure WebADI activities and issue resolution * Provide HRMS support including employee creation and employee interface activities * Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve transaction, interface, and data issues * Ensure operational continuity during special project periods through timely issue resolution and functional support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle in a functional capacity (AP, Projects, GL) * 5+ years of experience troubleshooting interfaces and transactions, cross-module issue resolution, and WebADI/Oracle data upload and correction * 5+ years of experience with POET structures, project budgeting, project expenditures, and HRMS activities (including employee creation/interfaces) * Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance Key requirements *
