Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle Payroll Configuration and Integration

Experteer Overview As a US Delivery Senior Consultant, you enable finance, projects, and HR processes through Oracle-based configuration and integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AP, Projects, GL, HRMS, and data interfaces, driving issue resolution and operational continuity. The role sits within Deloitte’s GPS practice, contributing to transformative Oracle-enabled solutions and enterprise performance improvements. You will work in a hybrid model, impacting delivery across multiple client engagements and locations. Compensation / Benefits * Support AP functional activities: invoicing, payments, GL transfers, PO matching, POET matching, AP interfaces * Manage project functional activities: POET creation, budgeting, project expenditures * Support and troubleshoot Project Expenditures Interface * Provide GL functional support: posting, trial balance, drilldown analysis * Support Project Expenditure WebADI activities and issue resolution * Provide HRMS support: employee creation and interfaces * Coordinate across functional and technical teams to resolve data and interface issues * Maintain operational continuity during special project periods through timely issue resolution and support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle in a functional role (AP, Projects, GL) * 5+ years of experience troubleshooting interfaces and transactions; cross-module issue resolution; WebADI and Oracle data upload/correction * 5+ years of experience with POET structures, project budgeting, expenditures, and HRMS activities (employee creation and interfaces) * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model eligibility and willingness to travel up to 10% overnight * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
