Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle Payroll Configuration and Integration

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Oracle-driven finance, project, and HR processes within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data and interface operations during large-scale transformations. You help maintain operational continuity and deliver high-quality configurations and integrations across AP, GL, HRMS, and project modules. This position combines hands-on functional work with collaboration to solve complex data and interface issues, shaping impactful outcomes for public sector clients. Compensation / Benefits * Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payments, GL transfers, PO matching and related interfaces * Manage project finance activities, including POET creation, budgeting, and project expenditures * Troubleshoot and support Project Expenditure interfaces and related data issues * Provide General Ledger functional support, including posting, trial balance review, and drilldown analysis * Support HRMS activities, including employee creation and interfaces * Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve transaction, interface, and data problems * Help ensure operational continuity during critical project periods through timely issue resolution Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of Oracle functional support experience (Accounts Payable, Projects, GL) * 5+ years of experience troubleshooting interfaces and transactions, including WebADI and Oracle data upload/correction * 5+ years of experience with POET structures, project budgeting, and HRMS activities (employee creation/interfaces) * Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model with location and travel constraints as specified Key requirements *
