Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle Payroll Configuration and Integration

Experteer Overview As a US Delivery Senior Consultant, you will enable government and public sector clients to optimize Oracle-based finance, project, and HR processes through configuration, integration, and data issue resolution. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity during large projects and transformations, delivering value across AP, Projects, GL, HRMS, and interfaces. This role blends advisory and hands-on delivery to drive performance improvements and digital transformation. You will operate within Deloitte’s GPS practice, contributing to mission-critical public sector outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Support Accounts Payable functional activities (invoice processing, payments, GL transfers, PO matching, POET matching, AP interface support) * Manage Project functional activities (POET creation, budgeting, project expenditures) * Support and troubleshoot the Project Expenditures Interface * Provide General Ledger functional support (posting, trial balance review, drilldown analysis) * Support Project Expenditure WebADI activities and issue resolution * Provide HRMS support (employee creation and employee interfaces) * Coordinate across functional and technical teams to resolve transaction, interface, and data issues * Help ensure operational continuity during the special project period through timely issue resolution and functional support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle in a functional capacity (AP, Projects, GL) * 5+ years of experience troubleshooting interfaces and transactions, cross-module issue resolution, and WebADI/Oracle data upload/correction * 5+ years of experience with POET structures, project budgeting, project expenditures, and HRMS activities (employee creation/interfaces) * Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model requirement and travel constraints to US Delivery Center locations and Geo-Hub locations * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * hybrid work model * travel up to 10% for client or project purposes * co-location opportunities up to 30% of time * relocation within 12 weeks if needed * support for accommodations * professional development opportunities
