Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive Salesforce-based functional transformations for the Sales & Service domain, aligning business requirements with design and implementation. You will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, prototype solutions, and guide testing and training to ensure successful deployments. You’ll contribute to Deloitte’s global customer transformation initiatives across industries, delivering high-quality, scalable CRM experiences. This is a client-facing, impact-focused opportunity to shape how organizations engage customers and optimize service, sales, and marketing workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Create functional designs, prototypes, and process designs including scenario design and flow mapping * Support testing, training, and development of support procedures * Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams * Assist with implementations and provide guidance to clients during delivery * Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality deliverables Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program and workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations in at least two clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) and Financial Service Cloud * Experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
