Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the end-to-end delivery of large Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence projects within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice. You guide requirements, design, and delivery across cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions that drive HR transformation for public sector clients. You’ll partner with stakeholders to align business needs with Oracle capabilities, manage risks, and promote user adoption. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery to realize impactful workforce outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate workshops and guide solution design while managing risks and stakeholder communications * Drive high-quality functional documentation and controlled delivery to minimize rework * Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, training, and transition to steady-state support * Guide solution decisions with knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance * Lead cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data conversion, and testing workstreams * Partner with public sector stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions * Oversee end-to-end Oracle Time and Labor & Absence implementations, including planning, design, config oversight, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years leading full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence implementations * Bachelor’s degree * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship * Experience with large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs (preferred) * Experience in government/public sector implementations (preferred) Key requirements * broad range of benefits
