Job description
Experteer Overview As a Manager on Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology team, you drive large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients. You lead cross-functional workstreams, design solutions, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with compliance and stakeholder needs. You’ll partner with government and public sector stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle designs that support tens of thousands of employees. This role offers the chance to shape HR technology-enabled transformation and work across HR, security, reporting, and integrations. You will mentor teams, manage complex programs, and deliver measurable workforce outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops, guiding solution design and risk management with compliance alignment * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework * Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover activities, and transition to steady-state support to drive user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to guide decisions * Lead cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure milestones * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 7+ years of Oracle HCM solution delivery experience * 4+ years leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence implementations * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
