MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES transformation for clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations offering. You will translate client MES needs into scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter and Aveva, guiding delivery from requirements to post-go-live support. You’ll advise senior leaders on MES opportunities and contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value through digital technologies and analytics at scale. This is a high-impact, client-focused role that shapes manufacturing operations for growth and efficiency. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate requirements into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva (config, integration, deployment, upgrades) * Lead project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years with Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, specs development, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation, and delivery models * Experience using analytics/metrics to assess manufacturing performance * Led 2+ MES implementations and defined system architecture * Willingness to travel ~50% Key requirements *
