MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you guide transformational MES initiatives within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You translate client needs into scalable MES designs across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, leading delivery from requirements to post-go-live support. You’ll advise senior leaders on MES opportunities and contribute to practice development, solving complex client challenges. This role offers the chance to shape digital manufacturing transformations for diverse clients with cross-functional impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES business needs and craft scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva including config, integration, deployment, upgrades * Lead project delivery across requirements gathering, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, post-go-live * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, data mapping, and deployment * Experience using analytics to quantify manufacturing improvement opportunities * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
