MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead MES strategy and delivery within the Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You translate client MES needs into scalable designs across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, guiding architecture, configuration, and integrations. You drive multi-phase project delivery from requirements to go-live, while advising leadership on transformation opportunities. You collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex client challenges and contribute to practice development. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with clients to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional/technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva with configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Steer project delivery cycles: requirements, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to Deloitte’s practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to quantify manufacturing improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
