Tax - Manager, Legal Business Services - Technology

Experteer Overview In this role you drive technology-enabled transformations for legal departments within a leading tax technology consulting practice. You’ll lead integrated deployments that blend automation, data management, and document extraction to boost efficiency and strategic value. You work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to align software and processes with goals, shaping how tax and legal functions operate in the digital era. The role combines delivery, people development, and business development in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Client management and day-to-day interactions with client project teams * Delivery of optimized tax and legal processes using technology aligned to client goals * Developing and leveraging automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments * Providing training and software support for processes and technologies * Project management tasks including workplans, budget tracking, status reporting, and status calls * Cross-functional collaboration and understanding Deloitte’s broader practice and client service * People development and mentorship within the team * Participation in pursuit teams and business development activities Tasks * 5+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions * Experience with CLM software (e.g., Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis) * Experience with document extraction and data wrangling tools (e.g., Alteryx) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) * Experience with DocuSign CLM or Salesforce configuration * Relevant professional certifications or licenses (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, SAS Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal, Six Sigma, DocuSign, iCertis, Thomson Reuters tools) * Ability to travel up to 50% * Hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week * Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal or related field * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
