Delivery Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview In this Delivery Senior Consultant role, you’ll help clients implement Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on design, build, and delivery of integrations, data migrations, and reporting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, ensure data quality, and support go-live and stabilization. You’ll contribute to HR technology transformations that enable better workforce outcomes in public sector contexts. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations and escalate risks * Design and execute integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including data mapping and validation * Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, and cutover support * Support reporting by gathering requirements and validating data quality and stakeholder needs * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, supporting testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization Tasks * 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 3+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model with residence near center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia) * Co-location up to 30% of working time at an office * Up to 10% travel overnight for client or project purposes * Relocation within 12 weeks if required * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future * Preferred: Oracle Cloud Implementation Professional certification * Experience leading small functional teams in hybrid delivery and government/public sector projects Key requirements *
