Senior, Technology Innovation - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive end-to-end evaluation and advancement of innovation ideas within Deloitte Tax, aligning new concepts with risk, legal, and compliance workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to move ideas from concept to execution, delivering growth, efficiency, and value for the Tax practice. You operate within the Tax Transformation Office to streamline processes and enable value-added technology-enabled services. This is a chance to influence how Deloitte Tax innovates at scale, partnering with diverse teams to turn ideas into tangible improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary intake point for innovation requests and capture goals and information * Manage innovation ideas through established review cycles with Risk, Legal, Cyber, Independence, Procurement * Coordinate engagement across Deloitte Tax leaders and subject matter experts * Maintain accurate tracking and status dashboards of in-flight requests * Prepare concise progress updates and presentations for senior leadership * Identify bottlenecks in the innovation lifecycle and contribute to process improvements * Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate navigation of the innovation process * Support broader TTO initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Tasks * 3+ years of experience in project management, innovation management, product development, technology evaluation, or related professional services * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate stakeholder engagement * Knowledge of technology platforms, project tracking tools, and workflow/documentation systems * Experience collaborating with technical teams to gather requirements and support implementation * Ability to travel up to 10% * One of the listed accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, Azure, PSCPO, PgMP, PMP, Six Sigma) Key requirements *
