Senior, Technology Innovation - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you help drive growth and efficiency in Deloitte Tax by turning innovation ideas into tangible outcomes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Tax Transformation Office processes, guiding ideas through risk, legal, and compliance workflows. You’ll manage multiple innovation requests end-to-end, ensuring timely progress and clear updates to senior leaders. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape tax technology initiatives that add value for clients. You will work in an innovative, cross-functional environment aligned to Deloitte Tax’s transformation mission. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary intake point for innovation requests, gathering goals and initiating reviews * Manage requests through established workflows and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Cyber, Independence, Procurement * Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Deloitte Tax and ensure alignment at each stage * Maintain accurate tracking and status dashboards of all in-flight requests * Prepare concise progress updates and briefings for senior leadership * Identify bottlenecks in the review lifecycle and contribute to workflow improvements * Build and sustain cross-functional relationships to facilitate smooth navigation of the process * Support broader TTO Strategic Technology Services initiatives and knowledge sharing Tasks * Bachelor in Information Systems * 3+ years of experience in project management, innovation management, product development, technology evaluation, or related professional services * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment * Experience with technology platforms, project tracking tools, and workflow/documentation systems * Experience partnering with technical teams to gather requirements and support implementation * Willingness to travel up to 10% * Accreditations such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Scrum, PMP) Key requirements *
