Senior, Technology Innovation - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end innovation intake and lifecycle management within Deloitte Tax, coordinating risk and compliance reviews to turn ideas into actionable initiatives. You’ll bridge business stakeholders with cross-functional teams to accelerate value across the Tax practice. You’ll tackle process bottlenecks, maintain tracking dashboards, and provide updates to senior leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary intake point for innovation requests, capturing goals and initiating review processes * Manage innovation requests through risk, legal, cyber, independence, and procurement workflows across full lifecycle * Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Deloitte Tax to ensure appropriate involvement at each stage * Maintain accurate tracking dashboards and provide timely status updates to senior leadership * Prepare concise progress updates and presentations for leaders to support prioritization decisions * Identify and help resolve bottlenecks in the innovation lifecycle and contribute to workflow improvements * Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate smooth navigation of the innovation process * Support broader TTO Strategic Technology Services initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline * 3+ years of experience in project management, innovation management, product development, technology evaluation, or related professional services * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate stakeholder engagement * Experience with technology platforms, project tracking tools, and documentation systems * Experience partnering with technical teams to gather requirements and support implementation * Ability to travel up to 10% * One of the listed accreditations (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, Azure, PSCPO, PgMP, PMP, Six Sigma) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week Key requirements *
