Senior, Technology Innovation - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end innovation intake and governance within Deloitte Tax, coordinating risk, legal, and compliance reviews to move high-impact ideas toward realization. You will connect business stakeholders with review processes, tracking progress and enabling cross-functional collaboration to boost growth and efficiency. The position sits in a fast-paced, collaborative team that blends technology and tax expertise to deliver smarter solutions. This is a strategic, execution-focused role with a clear impact on Tax transformations and client delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary intake point for innovation requests, capturing goals and initiating review workflows * Manage innovation initiatives through Risk, Legal, Cyber, Independence, Procurement review cycles * Coordinate engagement with leaders and SMEs across Deloitte Tax at each stage of evaluation * Maintain accurate tracking and status dashboards for all in-flight innovation requests * Prepare concise progress updates and presentations for senior leadership to inform prioritization * Identify bottlenecks in the review lifecycle and drive workflow improvements * Build and sustain cross-functional relationships to facilitate smooth navigation of the process * Contribute to broader TTO Strategic Technology Services initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Tasks * 3+ years in project management, innovation management, product development, technology evaluation, or related professional services environment * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline * Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced setting * Working knowledge of technology platforms, project tracking tools, and workflow/documentation systems * Experience partnering with technical teams to gather requirements, clarify dependencies, and support implementation * Willingness to travel up to 10% * Accreditations such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, SAFe Product Owner, CSPO, Microsoft Azure, PgMP, PMP, Six Sigma, etc. (one of the listed) * Hybrid work model availability (2-3 days in-office) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
