Solutions Architect, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape enterprise web-based tax solutions as part of Deloitte’s Tax Transformation Office. You will align architecture with business strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive secure, scalable delivery. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, compliant backend services and APIs. Compensation / Benefits * Understand business challenges with stakeholders and define architecture options and a technical roadmap * Design and continuously improve architecture to meet resiliency standards * Make high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms * Hands-on support to implement complex business logic and algorithms * Plan and manage software development projects, participate in SCRUM, ensure timely delivery * Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance * Set standards, guidelines, and metrics to deliver business value quickly and efficiently * Coordinate with delivery teams and vendors to maintain code quality and automation * Identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features; work with DevOps for deployment * Conduct code reviews and mentor team on coding practices and tools * Develop and maintain architecture/design documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field * 5+ years in architecture design and hands-on implementation with C#, SQL Server, OOPS concepts, microservices * Proven experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL, RESTful APIs, microservices, Azure * Azure cloud services and infrastructure experience * Ability to travel up to 10% * Relevant professional accreditations or certifications listed (CPA/Attorney/Enrolled Agent or security certifications) * Experience with Agile environments and DevOps practices Key requirements *
