Solutions Architect, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Deloitte Tax Solution Architect, Manager, you help build enterprise web-based applications that meet high standards and drive the global tax transformation agenda. You partner with architecture and delivery teams to design resilient systems, implement secure and compliant solutions, and guide others through best practices. You’ll bridge business challenges with technical roadmaps, contributing to fast, high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role offers impact by shaping tax technology and client engagement at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Understand business challenges with stakeholders and determine architecture options and roadmaps * Collaborate with Architecture team to design and improve architecture for resiliency * Make high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, and algorithms * Possibly hands-on in implementing complex business logic and algorithms * Plan and execute software development projects with timely delivery and quality * Participate in daily SCRUMs and provide task updates * Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance * Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications * Coordinate across delivery teams and vendors to maintain standards * Identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks * Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features * Collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployment and operation of backend services * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback * Develop and maintain technical documentation of architecture and design decisions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of architecture design and implementation experience * Hands-on experience on C#, SQL Server, OOPS concepts, microservices architecture * Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL, REST API, microservices, Azure, design patterns, Agile * Proven experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations listed (CPA/Attorney/Enrolled Agent or various tech certs) including Azure, CISSP, CSA, etc. * Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science or related field; Angular, MongoDB, NPM, Azure DevOps etc. Key requirements *
