Solutions Architect, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise web applications for Deloitte’s Tax Transformation initiative, partnering with stakeholders and architecture teams to define architecture options and roadmaps. You’ll supervise hands-on development, enforce security and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery across delivery teams. You’ll stay current with technology trends, coach engineers, and contribute to architecture decisions and documentation. This position offers strategic impact in transforming how tax services are delivered and engaged with clients. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business challenges and set priorities for architecture and technical roadmap * Design and evolve enterprise architecture to meet resiliency and performance standards * Provide high-level design choices for structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms * Mentor and support the team in implementing complex business logic and algorithms * Plan and drive software development projects with timely delivery and quality outcomes * Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance * Define and enforce standards, guidelines, and metrics for rapid business value delivery * Coordinate across delivery teams and vendors to uphold delivery standards and code quality * Identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and support DevOps for deployment and operation * Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on coding practices and tooling * Develop and maintain architecture and design documentation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field * 5+ years in architecture design and implementation with hands-on experience in C#, SQL Server, OOPS concepts, and microservices * Hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL, RestAPI, microservices, and Azure * Proven experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure * Willingness to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations: CPA, Enrolled Agent, Attorney (or similar) or various technology certifications listed * Proficiency in distributed computing, Agile, and DevOps practices * Experience with Angular, MongoDB, NPM, and Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration (preferred) * Strong communication and collaboration skills Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
