Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, you lead security initiatives for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance. You guide security assessments, design access and segregation of duties controls, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You motivate cross-functional teams, manage multi-country programs, and deliver scalable, repeatable security solutions that reduce risk. This role offers leadership impact, technical depth in Oracle security, and partnership with clients to transform their security posture. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, focusing on role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs, including workshops, scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and applying tech-enabled delivery methods for consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition solutions into operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Finance, Accounting and Technology, or Business * 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, AFC, FRC) * Ability to travel 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel up to 50% * reasonable accommodations
