Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you lead Oracle Cloud security efforts for ERP, HCM, and SCM to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance. You’ll guide security assessments, design of access controls and segregation of duties, and deployment of Risk Management Cloud capabilities to enable secure operations. You’ll manage multi-release, multi-country programs while mentoring teams and driving reusable delivery accelerators. This role sits within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, contributing to secure digital transformations for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs with design workshops, scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and technology-enabled delivery methods * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and operations transition Tasks * 6+ years of experience with Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and leading teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARCs, AFCs, FRCs) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * travel opportunities (as part of client work)
