Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In questa role you lead Oracle Cloud security initiatives within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, focusing on ERP, HCM, and SCM security to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance. You will guide security assessments, design role-based access and SoD controls, and enable secure operations through Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You’ll manage multi-release, multi-country programs and mentor teams to deliver repeatable, technology-enabled delivery. You collaborate with clients to set security strategy and transition solutions into operations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, SoD, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities (Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, Financial Reporting Controls) * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs with workshops, scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams to develop reusable accelerators and improve delivery efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy and transition solutions into operations Tasks * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, AFC, FRC) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting and Technology, or Business Key requirements *
