Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager II role, you lead Oracle Cloud security initiatives within Deloitte’s Cyber practice, delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions for ERP, HCM, and SCM. You drive security assessments, design access controls, and enable secure operations through Risk Management Cloud capabilities. You’ll manage multi-release programs and mentor teams while collaborating with clients to translate security strategies into operational outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM with emphasis on role design, segregation of duties, and control configuration. * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities such as Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, and Financial Reporting Controls. * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs including workshops, scope, budget, resources, and quality oversight. * Guide teams in creating reusable accelerators and applying tech-enabled delivery methods to improve consistency and efficiency. * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, deliverables, and transition solutions into operations. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or across countries and leading teams, budgets, and resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, AFC, FRC) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
