Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Manager / Engineering Manager II

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager II in Deloitte’s Cyber practice, you help clients strengthen Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM security by implementing governance, risk, and compliance solutions. You lead security assessments, design role-based access and segregation of duties controls, and enable secure operations through Oracle Risk Management Cloud. You’ll steer multi-country programs and mentor delivery teams to improve consistency and impact. This role offers growth, leadership, and the chance to shape secure cloud transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle Cloud security assessments and implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM, including role design, SoD, and control configuration * Design and deploy Oracle Risk Management Cloud capabilities such as Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, and Financial Reporting Controls * Manage multi-release and multi-country programs with workshops, scope, budgets, resources, and quality oversight * Guide teams in developing reusable accelerators and technology-enabled delivery methods to improve consistency and efficiency * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security strategy, develop deliverables, and transition solutions into operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in listed fields * 6+ years of Oracle security and governance, risk, and compliance experience * 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects led * 3+ years designing Oracle Cloud roles for Financials, SCM, HCM, or EPM * 3+ years delivering programs with multiple releases or countries and managing teams, budgets, resources * 3+ years leading security design workshops and configuring Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ARC, AFC, FRC) * Willingness to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities
