Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Workday HCM implementations and optimizations within Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology team. You translate business needs into functional designs, lead client workshops, and guide cross-functional delivery to ensure successful deployments. You will shape HR technology solutions that enhance workforce experience while partnering with clients to navigate complex transformations. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale HR programs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in a dynamic setting. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts * Capture requirements and convert them into functional designs and configuration decisions * Facilitate client meetings to align scope, priorities, and deliverables * Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities * Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementation or optimization projects * 4+ years leading workstreams on Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, etc.) * Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 4+ years supporting or leading Workday HCM implementation or optimization projects * 4+ years leading workstreams on Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ HCM areas (e.g., HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, time tracking, etc.) * Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
